It manages services for individuals with serious mental health needs, substance use disorders, traumatic brain injuries, and intellectual/developmental disabilities. About the Opportunity
The Business Intelligence Analyst role involves conducting data analysis to ensure compliance with contract requirements and fulfill reporting needs. The position supports data-driven decision making by developing reports, managing data accuracy, and assisting informatics and data science teams. This role contributes to the organization's ability to monitor and improve services and outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Develop analytical reports including data mining, management, analysis, and interpretation.
- Identify data patterns and trends and provide actionable recommendations.
- Maintain schedules for external and internal reporting per contract requirements.
- Distribute, interpret, and present reports to staff and stakeholders.
- Ensure reports are user-friendly, accurate, accessible, and include data source references.
- Reconcile data discrepancies and ensure timely report submissions.
- Use data visualization tools, such as Power BI, for dashboards and reporting.
- Analyze statistical data on populations, disabilities, and cultural factors.
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED with six years of relevant experience; or
- Associate’s degree with four years of relevant experience; or
- Bachelor’s degree with two years of relevant experience; or
- Equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Residence within the United States.
- Ability to travel within the service area as required.
- Preferred certifications include CSPA, AWS Certified Machine Learning Specialty, Predictive Analytics Certificate, CAHIMS, ITIL v3, or equivalents.
Pay
Salary range: $64,927 - $82,402
