Business Intelligence Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage operational processes, coordinate with stakeholders, and track deliverables to ensure smooth program execution.
• Analyze business data to identify trends, risks, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare recurring reports, executive summaries, and status updates for leadership and program stakeholders.
• Monitor operational metrics, project milestones, and delivery status across multiple programs.
• Maintain and update operational trackers, dashboards, documentation, and business records.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through process optimization, standardization, and automation.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in business operations, data analysis, or a related field.
• Proven ability to manage operational processes, business workflows, and project deliverables.
• Strong experience using Excel and reporting tools for business data analysis and KPI tracking.
• Experience maintaining operational dashboards, reports, and business metrics.
• Demonstrated ability to document processes, develop SOPs, and streamline manual workflows.
• Experience with project coordination, risk tracking, or vendor management is a plus.
