The Role Build, enhance, and maintain dashboards and KPI reporting for business health, funnel performance, and campaign effectiveness. Analyze conversion trends, drop-off points, and operational performance to identify opportunities for improvement. Develop SQL queries and data transformations to work with complex datasets and support recurring reporting needs. Automate manual tracking and reporting processes to improve efficiency and data accuracy. Partner with analytics, engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders to support new initiatives and resolve data issues. Translate findings into concise, narrative-driven insights that help leadership make informed decisions. What You'll Need 4-7 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, business operations, or a related field. Strong hands-on experience as an individual contributor in a data-focused role. Advanced SQL skills, including complex querying, window functions, and data transformation. Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Superset, or strong Excel/Google Sheets modeling skills. Ability to turn data into clear written and verbal insights for non-technical stakeholders. Comfort working independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
