Responsibilities

  • Gather, process, and analyze data from diverse sources to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that support business growth initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain robust data models, reports, and dashboards using Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
  • Create and deliver regular reports that communicate insights and drive action.
  • Analyze research data and report on trends or facts relevant to the Credit Union.
  • Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of data through effective data governance practices.
  • Identify, pilot, and document possible AI use cases to improve data analysis and reporting workflows while adhering to data governance and security standards.

Requirements

  • A college degree, completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school, or completion of a specialized and extensive in-house training program.
  • Proficiency in building and editing Tableau dashboards.
  • Basic SQL understanding and writing.
  • Experience working in Snowflake (preferred but not required).

  • You are able to process complex information, identifying the key issues and players involved and propose a course of action.

Skills

  • Data analysis and interpretation.
  • Business intelligence tool proficiency (Tableau).
  • SQL understanding and basic writing skills.
  • Experience with Snowflake (optional).
