Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets from various sources to uncover insights and trends.
  • Develop methodologies for data collection and ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Design and produce comprehensive reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
  • Utilize BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms to create user-friendly and interactive data representations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and requirements.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making processes.
  • utilize statistical techniques and predictive modeling to forecast business outcomes, identify opportunities, and mitigate risks.
  • Develop predictive models to anticipate customer behavior, market trends, and operational performance.
  • Identify patterns and correlations within datasets through data mining techniques.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in business intelligence and analytics.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or similar role, with a strong background in data analysis, reporting, and visualization.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation. Experience with programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, QlikView, or similar platforms.
  • Solid understanding of statistical methods, predictive modeling, and data mining techniques.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Finance model

  • Required: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Preferred: Previous internship experience in Finance is a plus, but not required. Certified Analytics Professional (CAP).
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree or master’s in finance or BA. Previous Finance experience.
