Role Overview

Client Solution Architects (CSA) is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to support their Navy client in Pensacola, FL. The position involves project management, data analytics, and technology support.

What You'll Do

  • Performs Project Management functions in accordance with PM best practices
  • Supports IT Program Operations in managing Active Directory and File Share services
  • Applies technical and project management expertise to develop requirements, identify tasking, manage project execution, and recognize and remediate issues
  • Provides suggestions to improve project execution and complete project deliverables
  • Organizes, directs, coordinates, and communicates the planning and production of all activities associated with assigned projects

Requirements

  • Clearance: Must possess and maintain an active Secret clearance
  • 6 years of related experience
  • Pass a security investigation and meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information
  • Functional expertise with Microsoft Office suite of products
  • Navy Cyber Security Workforce (CSWF) baseline certification to include CompTIA SecurityIA Contractor Training and Certification and Computing Environment (CE) certification may be required at the task order level

What Sets You Apart

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, etc.)
  • IT project management experience supporting Navy or DoD network systems, especially the Navy Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI)
  • Experience in PowerShell, Visual Basic, and Active Directory Data Querying
  • Experience with Group Permissions within Active Directory
  • Experience in Active Directory, File Share Management, Business Intelligence Analytics, in support of Navy programs
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including drafting, reviewing, and editing technical graphs, briefs, or documents
  • Detail-oriented with strong critical thinking in areas of IT process analysis / process improvement
  • Good team skills, able to coordinate and work well with others

Physical Requirements

  • Sit for extended periods of time and work at a computer workstation
  • Use hands and fingers to operate keyboards, mice, and other input devices
  • Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Stand, walk, bend, or reach
  • Access equipment located in data centers, offices, or under desks
  • Lift and/or move equipment weighing up to 25 pounds
