About the role
As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will conduct basic research, data mining, reporting, and interpretation of company performance metrics. This role supports improving effectiveness and predicting outcomes to develop business intelligence.
Responsibilities
- Generate reports using aggregate data from a single source to assist in creating evaluations, improvements, or recommendations.
- Review the accuracy of information provided and respond to requests from management and vendors.
- Understand and work with scenario planning tools and models.
- Investigate current trends in general business conditions.
- Identify opportunities for small improvements among clients and the company.
- Assist with coordination involving personnel from other departments and IT groups to facilitate successful project implementations.
- Manage the maintenance and reporting of benchmarks and performance metrics.
- Apply standard principles with limited practical experience.
- Lead by example and model behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values.
- Impact the quality of your own work and work within standardized procedures to meet deadlines.
- Exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
- Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
- Experience analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
Pay
The minimum salary for this position is $100,000 per year, and the maximum salary is $120,000 per year. Compensation will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
