About the Role
As a Business Intelligence Analyst in Law, Security, and Public Policy (LSPP), you will use methods in visualization and analytics to solve problems and call out emerging enterprise risks. You will contribute to the Enterprise and LSPP mission by engaging in projects of medium to high complexity and high visibility. This role is primarily focused on the analysis and reporting of sensitive compliance data.
What You Will Do
- Design, develop, and maintain secured and performant dashboards and reports
- Provide visualization and analytics support for high profile reporting solutions
- Use analytics methods to support the mission and efficiency of the compliance community
- Manage 2-3 projects concurrently
What You Will Have
- Dashboard Design & Visualization — Accurately create executive level reporting solutions in Power BI. Select and create visualizations that tell a story and surface key insights into trends, opportunities, and emerging risks. Demonstrated experience with SQL, DAX, semantic models, row level security, time intelligence, etc.
- KPI Development — Ability to partner with key stakeholders to implement and visualize metrics to support strategic decision making.
- Communication — Effectively conveys ideas, insights, and recommendations through clear written, verbal, and visual communication, adapting messages to diverse audiences and fostering understanding, collaboration, and informed decision-making.
- Requirements Gathering — Partner with stakeholders to identify business needs, define functional requirements, document success criteria, and translate objectives into actionable analytics solutions.
- Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision.
What Will Set You Apart
- Business Intelligence, Compliance & Audit — Prior experience in a business intelligence, audit, or compliance role with dashboard design and development experience in Power BI.
- Business Statistics: Knowledge of the statistical tools, processes, and practices to describe business results in measurable scales; ability to use statistical tools and processes to assist in making business decisions.
- Data Programming — Experience with modern development languages and frameworks, preferably Python. Experience building and maintaining Power Automate flows and power apps.
- Generative AI for Business Intelligence — Uses Power BI Copilot and AI-powered analytics tools to streamline dashboard development, automate insight discovery, and improve user engagement with data.
Pay
$89,210.00 - $133,810.00
Schedule
This position requires working onsite five days a week.
