Business Intelligence Analyst

About the role

The main function of this role is to support business operations programs through process execution, stakeholder coordination, data analysis, reporting, and operational excellence initiatives. This individual will work across multiple workstreams to ensure timely execution of business processes, maintain operational health, improve efficiency, and provide visibility into key business metrics.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute day-to-day operational processes across multiple programs and initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure timely completion of deliverables and milestones.
• Maintain operational trackers, documentation, reports, and business records with a high degree of accuracy.
• Monitor program health, identify process gaps, and drive resolution of operational issues.
• Collect, validate, and analyze business data from multiple sources to support reporting and decision-making.
• Create recurring reports, dashboards, executive summaries, and status updates for stakeholders.
• Support vendor onboarding, engagement tracking, delivery management, and operational readiness activities.
• Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs), workflows, and best practices.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency through automation and process improvements.
• Partner with business teams to gather requirements and implement scalable operational solutions.
• Track risks, dependencies, and action items across multiple workstreams and ensure timely follow-up.
• Support ad hoc business analysis, special projects, and leadership requests.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, Operations, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in business operations, program management, project coordination, business analysis, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced experience with Excel, reporting, and data analysis.
• Experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously.
• Ability to identify process inefficiencies and recommend scalable solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Skills

• Experience with workflow automation and process improvement initiatives.
• Experience supporting vendor management, business operations, supply chain operations, or service delivery programs.
• Experience creating dashboards, reports, and operational metrics.
• Experience documenting business processes and developing operational playbooks.

Pay

The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is $45.00 - $50.00 per hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience.
