Business Intellegence Analyst (ONSITE)

Responsibilities

• Support the organization’s needs by providing analytical support and actionable insights and strategies for existing and new opportunities.
• Work closely with internal associates and members to aid in the development of business strategies beneficial to our constituents.
• Utilize advanced analytical techniques to explore large datasets, identify patterns, and generate actionable insights.
• Conduct ad hoc analysis as required to support business initiatives, address specific inquiries, and solve complex business problems.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop automated reporting mechanisms to track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in business intelligence, data visualization, and predictive analytics.
• Recommend ways/methods to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Support the department manager by leading or assisting in additional projects and assignments.
• Aid in the design and develop visually compelling Tableau dashboards and reports that effectively communicate key insights and trends to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Requirements

• MBA or Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, finance, computer science, statistics, mathematics, economics, or a related field.
• 3-5 years professional experience in business intelligence, supply chain, data analysis, and visualization.
• Experience with Tableau/Power BI.
• Experience or knowledge of advanced database concepts and SQL.
• Distribution experience with a focus on analytics.
• Tableau certification(s) and experience with other BI tools (e.g., Power BI) are a plus.
• ASCM/APICS Certifications are a plus.

Pay

Anticipated Base Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000
