Business Immigration Attorney - New York | Hybrid | Up to $170K

Location: Rochester, NY / Buffalo, NY / Albany, NY (Upstate New York) Work arrangement: Hybrid - This hybrid role requires approximately 50% in-office presence at the candidate's choice of office. Compensation: $130K - $170K base Experience: 3 - 7 years Bar admission: Active admission in any US state About The Opportunity This firm offers a unique opportunity to practice business immigration law within a full-service platform. You will be part of a broader client relationship, integrating immigration work directly into corporate, M&A, and labor and employment matters. What You'll Do Manage employment-based immigration cases.Handle PERM labor certifications and recruitment.Prepare and submit EB-1 petitions.Process nonimmigrant visa petitions.Manage J-1 waiver applications. What You Bring (required) Experience with PERM labor certification cases.Employment-based nonimmigrant petition experience.EB-1 or other immigrant visa petition drafting.Employer-side immigration practice focus.Proficiency in immigration case management systems.Client service orientation with corporate HR teams.
