About the role

Hosen Academy is an online educational platform offering courses, eBooks, software solutions, and professional development services. We seek energetic, hardworking, and target-oriented Sales & Marketing Executives for a full-time position.

Job Responsibilities

  • Generate new B2B and B2C sales leads through online and offline activities.
  • Promote Hosen Academy's courses, eBooks, software, and digital services.
  • Contact potential customers through phone calls, email, social media, Zoom, and Google Meet.
  • Conduct online presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Convert leads into sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Actively contribute to the growth and development of Hosen Academy through sales, marketing, customer engagement, and business development activities.
  • Build good relationships with students, customers, and business partners.
  • Follow up regularly with prospects and existing clients.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and customer databases.
  • Support digital marketing and promotional campaigns.
  • Identify new business opportunities and partnership possibilities.
  • Share ideas and suggestions to improve sales, marketing, and customer service.
  • Submit daily work reports and sales updates to management.
  • Attend daily online video meetings and submit a simple report on your planned work, completed activities, daily achievements, challenges, and future plans.
  • Perform other sales and marketing tasks assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Experience: At least 1 year
  • Education: Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
  • Skills: Sales hiring, sales operations, sales force development, sales skills, sales management coaching, sales administration, sales management, identifying sales opportunities, corporate sales, telesales
