About the role

We are sourcing a Product Owner to lead the design, implementation, and onboarding of a new document management platform for Commercial Banking. This individual will join the existing Product Owner team for document management platforms, taking a leadership role for all components associated with the Commercial Banking line of business. The role reports through the Corporate & Investment Banking COO team but will collaborate closely with Commercial Banking line of business leaders and members.

This is an onsite position at the Charlotte location only, with a possibility for assignment extension.

Responsibilities

• Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Business Execution.
• Review and analyze complex, multi-faceted, or longer-term Business Execution challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented factors.
• Contribute to resolving complex situations with a solid understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements to meet deliverables.
• Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
• Lead the design, implementation, and onboarding of a new document management platform for Commercial Banking.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of relevant experience.
• Experience or familiarity with Agile methodology, software development lifecycle, and document/content management platforms.
• Financial industry background.
• Business analysis experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office/Excel.
• Project management and coordination skills.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree.

Pay

$56.09 – $61.09 per hour.

Schedule

8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
