About the role
Support intake and prioritization processes, establishing transparent and consistent methods for evaluating and onboarding new work into the product backlog. Ensure all defined JIRA standardization, requirement templates, and JIRA fields and labeling are implemented and followed within the teams for consistency. Create and manage a release plan to facilitate smooth product delivery. Coordinate cross-functional activities and cross-product areas to advance the work owned by the Product Area, helping teams stay focused on delivering committed outcomes. Facilitate scrum of scrums with product, scrum, and DDI leads to gather execution updates, blockers, and dependencies.

Requirements
- Experience supporting product discovery and delivery processes.
- Proficiency with JIRA and Agile methodologies.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Knowledge of Scrum practices and experience facilitating Agile ceremonies.
