Responsibilities

  • Establish scalable, standardized process frameworks that enable operational excellence across North America Gas Services
  • Translate business strategy into measurable process improvements by aligning people, process, and technology
  • Enable effective decision-making through clear process governance, accountability, and enterprise alignment
  • Embed sustainable ways of working to strengthen long-term change adoption and execution consistency
  • Reduce complexity, handoffs, and variability to improve efficiency, quality, and customer experience
  • Ensure consistent implementation of future-state processes across Central, Distributed, and C&D Execution Units
  • Identify opportunities where digital tools, automation, or AI can accelerate or sustain process improvements
  • Influence leaders and teams while monitoring outcomes to ensure transformations deliver lasting business value.

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, Technology Management, or related field.
  • 8+ years in process improvement, operational excellence, or transformation within technical/industrial settings.
  • Advanced Lean/Six Sigma (Black Belt or equivalent) with proven end-to-end process redesign experience.
  • Strong change leadership, facilitation, communication, and stakeholder-influence skills.
  • Experience working across complex matrixed teams and in operations, transformation, or PMO consulting.
  • Proficiency with analytics and enterprise tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, SAP, Salesforce, Snowflake, SharePoint).
  • Ability to use generative AI and identify automation/AI opportunities responsibly, with awareness of data governance.

Qualifications

  • Legal authorization for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
