Business Development - Specialized Rigging Equipment
Position Overview
We are seeking an ambitious, self-motivated, and organized sales professional to help expand our footprint and represent our elite product lines on a global scale. The ideal candidate will leverage their proven track record in technical or capital equipment sales to manage existing client relationships, develop new business opportunities, and act as the global face of Buckingham equipment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to systematically grow our market share in the structural moving and heavy lifting industries
Establish, nurture, and maintain strong, long-term client relationships with structural movers, general contractors, and engineering firms
Provide exceptional product knowledge, consultation, and customer service to clients, confidently guiding them to the right machinery solutions
Actively identify, qualify, and pursue new business leads across both domestic and international markets
Analyze global territory demands and build tailored approaches to capture niche markets in the relocation sector
Requirements
3+ years of sales experience, preferably in machinery, construction, or heavy equipment industries
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet sales goals
Strong understanding of the structural moving and relocation industry (preferred but not required)
Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events
