Responsibilities
- Prospect for new leads through different channels
- Contact potential or existing customers to promote services
- Follow up on sales inquiries via phone and/or email
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Take and process orders accurately
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
