We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must only include sections that have real specific content. The posting includes description of role, responsibilities, skills and experience. No explicit Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we should not include those sections. We need sections: maybe "About the role" (intro paragraph), "Responsibilities" (list), "Skills and experience" (list or maybe combine Skills and Qualifications). The posting includes "Skills and experience" bullet list. Could also include "Qualifications" but they didn't separate. We can treat "Skills and experience" as Skills section. Could also have "Requirements" maybe not separate. The posting includes Bachelor's degree required etc. That's qualifications. Could put under "Qualifications". But we need to avoid thin sections. Let's create sections: About the role (intro paragraph), Responsibilities (ul), Qualifications (ul maybe), Skills (ul). However we must not repeat job title as heading. Use

We need to preserve all substantive information. Remove boilerplate. No application instructions etc.
We need to parse the posting: It starts with "The Business Development Senior Specialist will support..." That's about the role. Then "Main responsibilities" then list of responsibilities broken into subheadings: Proposals and Strategic Client Development, Business Development, Business Development and Marketing Collateral, Directories, Media and Communications, Profiling and Market Positioning, Brand Management, Firm Positioning and Events, Budget Management, Practice Group Administration. Those are subheadings within responsibilities but we can just list responsibilities as bullet points capturing each duty. Could keep subheadings as part of bullet text.
We need to output only HTML fragment, no markdown.
Let's craft:
