About the role
PRR is seeking a Strategic Growth Specialist to support our Health Division and Strategic Growth team. This position will involve supporting health RFP searching, marketing qualifications, maintaining our proposal library, building strong relationships across project teams and leadership, and providing timely, accurate responses to information requests.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Growth Management Support: Transportation, environment, and health divisions as needed with subconsultant requests from teaming partners, customize resumes and project examples, gather standard text, work with internal team to review submissions before sending.
- Research, track, and review RFPs/RFQs in GovWin and participate in initiation of Go/No Go process for health pursuits.
- Partner with the Division VP on Strategic Growth process and organization for pursuits.
- Provide timely, accurate responses to information requests and support other information gathering, administrative, and Strategic Growth operational tasks as needed.
- Support prime and client prequalification submittals.
- Support the development of marketing materials for conferences, clients, and partners.
- Support Strategic Growth operational tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, English, journalism, or equivalent experience preferred. 3 years of experience in marketing and proposal development, AEC industry experience and familiarity with public sector procurement, specifically health, strongly preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional writer and editor: able to produce proposal content, resumes, and project descriptions, craft compelling narratives, and translate complex technical information into everyday English concisely, quickly, and across a range of styles. Excellent proofreading, grammar, and editing skills, with meticulous attention to detail and a rigorous eye for compliance.
- Organization and Dependability: Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated critical and strategic thinking skills, with a commitment to continuous improvement and efficiency. Ability to take initiative and ownership of tasks and work independently.

- Systems and Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign; experience with CRM systems, specifically Deltek Vantagepoint, and data management tools is a plus.
Pay
The Pay Range For This Role Is 60,000 - 74,000 USD per year(WA), 60,000 - 74,000 USD per year(DC), 60,000 - 74,000 USD per year(MD), 60,000 - 74,000 USD per year(VA).
