About the role
We’re looking for a Business Development Officer to drive sales for three complementary businesses:
- Rainbow Restoration – Saving homes and businesses from water, fire, and mold disasters.
- Junk King – Eco-friendly junk removal and clutter-free spaces.
- HoCo Vault – Secure and convenient self-storage solutions.
Responsibilities
- Scout opportunities and land new clients who need restoration, junk removal, and storage services.
- Build relationships with property managers, event planners, DIY enthusiasts, and other key contacts.
- Drive growth by connecting the dots between these three businesses—upselling and cross-selling like a pro.
- Represent our brands at community events, trade shows, and networking meetups.
- Track your success (and earnings!) with every deal you close.
Requirements
- A natural networker with the confidence to walk into a room and own it.
- Experience in sales or business development (charisma and hustle count!).
- Creative, ambitious, and unafraid to dream big.
- Based in Maryland and ready to hit the ground running.
