About the role
As a Business Development Representative at Workwize, you're the bridge between marketing and sales. Your main focus involves creating impactful online leads through strategic outbound outreaches, qualifying inbound contacts aligned with our Ideal Customer Profile, and identifying high-potential leads based on various engagement signals. You're constantly experimenting to find new channels or possibilities to find new clients. Your insights will help both marketing and sales to adjust their strategy and will help them to become even more successful. Finally, automating your successful experiment is key to help us grow!
Responsibilities
- Strategic Outreach and Lead Generation:
- Conduct strategic outbound outreaches via calling, emailing, LinkedIn, and other marketing activities to recognize online buying intent.
- Experiment with new channels and methods to actively generate leads.
- Automate successful channels and experiments to optimize efficiency.
- Discover challenges and impact with prospects:
- Qualify inbound contacts, ensuring alignment with the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and understanding their pain points.
- Identify high-potential leads by gauging purchase intent through website behavior, email clicks, and participation in relevant forums, groups, and events.
- Process Optimization and Insightful Communication:
- Set up tests to explore new outreach channels and messaging strategies.
- Analyze outcomes of tests and implement successful processes across the team.
- Provide valuable insights and inputs to enhance outreach strategies and ensure effective communication with potential clients.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a BDR.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proven ability to analyze and implement successful strategies.

Pay
