A Day in the Life

In this role, you will initially engage in inside sales, cold calling, and pursuing leads for new customers to ship with Trinity. As you build your client base, you will transition into the role of an account manager, focusing on servicing the growing transportation needs of your clients.

Job Requirements

• Superior interpersonal and communication skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role preferred but not required
• Experience in logistics preferred but not required
• Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively
• Read, analyze, and interpret general business data and reports
• Write reports and professional business correspondence
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with CRM and BI systems helpful
• Disciplined organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to connect with others on a personal level
