We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must only include sections that have real specific content. The posting includes: "Your Responsibilities" (list of duties). "Your Profile" (qualifications/requirements). "What’s In It For You" (benefits). Also maybe "About Us" but that's company description, not required. Also "Transparency Note" etc are boilerplate to remove. Also "About Us" maybe not needed as heading? The instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can map: "Your Responsibilities" ->

Responsibilities

. "Your Profile" -> could be

Requirements

or Qualifications/Skills. The profile includes experience, mindset, tools etc. Could split into Requirements and Skills. But we should prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe combine Requirements and Skills into one section? But we have headings list; we can choose to include Requirements and Skills separately if content exists. The profile includes: initiative, talent, drive, 6 months BD experience, B2B SaaS, hands-on AI tools, prospect qualification, cold calling, email sequencing, LinkedIn, communication skills, comfort with Salesforce etc, data enrichment tools, continuous improvement. That's a mix of requirements and skills. Could put under

Requirements

and maybe

Skills

but risk duplication. Better to have one

Requirements

containing all. Benefits: "What’s In It For You" includes high-caliber audience, market-leading product, international team, plus later "About Us" includes perks: flexible work, vacation, health benefits, pension, career growth plan, public transit reimbursement, bike leasing, flat hierarchies, corporate discounts, inclusive workplace, etc. Those are benefits. So we can have

Benefits

covering those. Pay and Schedule: Not mentioned explicitly. There's mention of "minimum of three days per week in the office" (schedule). That's schedule info. So we can include

Schedule

with that detail. Pay: not mentioned, so omit. Also "About the role" maybe not needed as we have Responsibilities. Could include

About the role

with a brief paragraph summarizing role? But we must not invent or summarize away detail; we can use the introductory paragraph: "We are looking for someone excited to join our Business Development team in our Boston office, Massachusetts." That's about the role. Could be a short paragraph under About the role. But we already have Responsibilities heading; maybe we can have About the role as a brief intro then Responsibilities list. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could combine About the role and Responsibilities? But they want headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities etc. We can include both if they have content. Let's include About the role with a paragraph describing the role (the first sentence). Then Responsibilities with ul list. Requirements: we can put the profile content. Benefits: include the perks. Schedule: include the three days per week in office. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. We must remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove Transparency Note, About Us? Actually About Us includes values etc; but we might keep some of that as benefits? The values and culture could be considered benefits? But they are more about company culture. Might be considered part of Benefits? The instruction: include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. The About Us section includes values, culture, perks. That's specific content about benefits and culture. We could incorporate those into Benefits section. So we can extract relevant benefits: flexible work, vacation time, comprehensive health benefits plans including pension, career growth plan, public transit reimbursement or bike leasing, high-impact working environment (flat hierarchies, short decision-making), corporate discounts, inclusive workplace, lifelong learning, internal & external training, team events, sports, etc. Also "We believe in lifelong learning and encourage team members to pursue personal and professional development, including internal & external training and certifications." That's a benefit. Thus Benefits section can be a ul list. Now produce HTML fragment:

About the role

We are looking for someone excited to join our Business Development team in our Boston office, Massachusetts.

Responsibilities

  • Book sales appointments: Create targeted outreach strategies to engage decision-makers within our Ideal Customer Profile across mid-market and enterprise accounts.
  • AI-powered workflow ownership: Continuously test and improve AI-assisted workflows for research, personalization, and outreach. Bring structured experiments and learnings back to the wider BD team.
  • Effective messaging: Deliver clear, compelling communication tailored to planning, forecasting, modeling, and budgeting challenges. Messages are personalized to each account and persona, not templated.
  • Prospect research: Use buyer-intent signals, data enrichment tools, and AI-assisted research workflows to identify high-priority accounts and build informed outreach hypotheses.
  • Pipeline ownership across all motions: This is a predominantly outbound role. You will run structured outbound campaigns across selected target verticals, opportunistic reactivation motions targeting former Jedox users and closed-lost accounts, and account-based outreach tied to intent signals. On top of that, you will be responsible for following up on webinar leads, trade show contacts, and demo requests.
  • Multi-channel outreach cadences: Design and iterate on email, phone, and LinkedIn sequences to maximize engagement. You are expected to own the logic of your cadences, not just execute them.
  • Collaboration with Marketing and Sales: Work closely with both teams to meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly pipeline metrics.

Requirements

  • Initiative to build own systems and processes, genuine talent for engaging and persuading prospects, and drive to perform at a high level day after day.
  • Ideally around 6 months of Business Development experience in a quota-carrying position, preferably at a B2B SaaS company; strong candidates with less experience and the right mindset are welcome.
  • Hands‑on experience with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar LLMs) for daily research, account intelligence, and outreach personalization.
  • Proven ability to prospect and qualify independently; experience with cold calling, structured email sequencing, and LinkedIn engagement.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, able to adapt messaging to CFOs, FP&A managers, and VPs of Finance.
  • Comfortable with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Salesloft, 6sense, and other AI tools.
  • Familiarity with data enrichment tools (Clay, Apollo, or similar) is a strong plus.
  • Continuous improvement mindset: look for ways to improve processes and take ownership of making them better.

Benefits

  • Speak with a high‑caliber audience: CFOs, FP&A leaders, and VPs of Finance who are evaluating AI’s impact on planning and forecasting.
  • Work with a market‑leading product: Jedox is a recognized leader in Enterprise Performance Management with a strong brand and growing customer base across Europe and North America.
  • Be part of an international team: collaborate with colleagues across Europe and the US.
  • Flexible work options: ability to work from the office or remotely, with ownership of working hours.
  • Generous vacation time and comprehensive health benefits plans, including pension plans.
  • Career growth planning: work with your line manager to implement a career growth plan suited to your path.
  • Reduce your footprint: offices are centrally located and accessible via public transit; many offices offer public‑transit reimbursement or perks like bike leasing.
  • High‑impact working environment: flat hierarchies and short decision‑making processes.
  • Corporate discounts across many brands and products.
  • Inclusive workplace: no discrimination based on protected characteristics.
  • Commitment to lifelong learning: encouragement to pursue personal and professional development, including internal & external training and certifications.
  • Regular global meet‑ups (online or in person) for work, team events, quality time, and sports.

Schedule

This role is based in Boston, MA. A minimum of three days per week in the office is required; candidates already based in the Boston area or willing to relocate are encouraged to apply.

We must ensure no extra sections like Pay. Also ensure no boilerplate like "Transparency Note", "About Us", "Our Values", etc. We have not included them. Check that we preserved all substantive information: Did we miss anything? The posting also mentions "We believe in-person BD collaboration is a competitive advantage and require a minimum of three days per week in the office." That's covered in Schedule. Also "Candidates already based in the Boston area or willing to relocate are encouraged to apply." included. Also "Your application is always reviewed by real people." That's boilerplate/Transparency Note; we removed. Also "We believe in lifelong learning..." we included as benefit. Also "We also enjoy meeting regularly (online or in persona) with each other all across the world for work, team events, to spend quality time together & have fun, or even do sports together." included as benefit. Also "The Same Effort And Attention Are Being Given To Ensure Employee Satisfaction In An Out Of The Office." That's vague; we captured flexible work etc. Also "Get corporate discounts across many brands and products." included. Also "Jedox is committed to creating an inclusive workplace..." included. Also "We refer to it as our #OneTeam mantra..." maybe not needed. Also "We believe in lifelong learning and encourage team members to pursue personal and professional development, including internal & external training and certifications." included.
