Business Development Representative II
for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate like EEO, application instructions, etc. Must preserve all substantive info.
We need to parse content:
Intro: "Full-time In Office Required* At Infoblox, every breakthrough begins with a bold “what if.” ..." This is about the company and role overview. Could be "About the role" section.
Then "Business Development Representative II We have an opportunity for a Business Development Representative, located in Tacoma, Washington to join our AMS Business Development team, reporting to the Manager of Business Development Representatives - West." This is also about role.
Then "In this pivotal role, you will develop quality lead pipelines..." That's responsibilities.
Then bullet list of responsibilities under "Be a Contributor — What you’ll do:" with many items.
Then "Be Prepared — What You Bring:" with requirements/experience.
Then "Be Successful — Your Path First 90 Days: ..." maybe could be under Requirements or Qualifications? It's about expectations/timeline. Could be part of "Qualifications" or "Skills"? Probably "Qualifications" includes experience and education. The path could be under "Qualifications" or maybe separate "Expectations". But we only have allowed headings; we could put that under "Qualifications" or "Responsibilities"? It's more about success path; maybe treat as "Qualifications". However we have also "Be Rewarded — Benefits That Help You Grow, Thrive, Belong" with benefits list.
Then "We practice pay transparency and reward performance. Offers reflect role location, internal equity, experience, skills, education, and certifications. Base salary for this position: $67,200 plus commissions" => Pay section.
Schedule? Not mentioned besides "Full-time In Office Required*". So schedule: Full-time, In Office. That's schedule info. So we can include Schedule section.
We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present.
We must not include EEO boilerplate at end. Remove that.
We must not include application instructions like "Ready to Be the Difference?" maybe that's a call to action; could be considered boilerplate? It's not application instruction but motivational. Might keep? The instruction says remove application instructions. "Ready to Be the Difference?" is not exactly application instruction but could be considered call to apply. Safer to remove? It's not explicit instruction like "Apply now". Might keep as part of About the role? But it's a motivational line. I'd keep it in About the role maybe.
We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include details like location Tacoma, Washington, reporting to Manager of Business Development Representatives - West, etc.
We need to structure:
About the role
Full-time In Office Required* At Infoblox, every breakthrough begins with a bold “what if.” ... (the intro paragraphs up to maybe before "Business Development Representative II"? Actually we can combine all overview paragraphs before responsibilities.) We need to decide where to split. Let's extract overview text: "Full-time In Office Required* At Infoblox, every breakthrough begins with a bold “what if.” What if your ideas could ignite global innovation? What if your curiosity could redefine the future? We invite you to step into the next exciting chapter of your career journey. Bring your creativity, drive, your daring spirit, and feel what it’s like to thrive on a team big enough to make an impact, yet small enough to make a difference. Our cloud-first networking and security solutions already protect 70% of the Fortune 500, and we’re looking for creative thinkers ready to push that influence even further. Join us and discover how far your bold “what if” can take the world, your community, and your career. Here, how we empower our people is extraordinary: Glassdoor Best Places to Work 2025, Great Place to Work-Certified in five countries, and Cigna Healthy Workforce honors three years running — and what we build is world-class: recognized as CybersecAsia’s Best in Critical Infrastructure 2024 — evidence that when first-class technology meets empowered talent, remarkable careers take shape. So, what if the next big idea, and the next great career story, comes from you? Become the force that turns every “what if” into “what’s next”. In a world where you can be anything, Be Infoblox." Then after that: "Business Development Representative II We have an opportunity for a Business Development Representative, located in Tacoma, Washington to join our AMS Business Development team, reporting to the Manager of Business Development Representatives - West." We could include that in About the role as well. Thus About the role paragraph(s) include all that. Then Responsibilities: list from "In this pivotal role, you will develop quality lead pipelines..." and the bullet list under "Be a Contributor — What you’ll do:". We need to output
- for each duty.
We must not include the heading "Be a Contributor — What you’ll do:" as heading; just list items.
Similarly Requirements: from "Be Prepared — What You Bring:" list items.
Qualifications: maybe include education requirement: "A Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Political Science, International Relations) is required". Also maybe the path first 90 days etc could be under Qualifications? But we already have Requirements covering experience, tools, etc. Qualifications could cover education and maybe the success path? However the success path is more about expectations; could be placed under "Qualifications" as well. But we might avoid duplication. Let's treat Requirements as experience/skills/tools, and Qualifications as education and maybe the success path? But the success path is not a qualification; it's a timeline. Could be omitted? But we need to preserve all substantive info. So we need to include that info somewhere. Could be under "Qualifications" as a paragraph describing expected milestones. Or we could create a separate section like "Expectations" but not allowed. So we put it under Qualifications.
Thus Qualifications section: include the Bachelor's degree requirement and the 90-day/6-month/1-year path.
Skills: maybe we could extract specific skills like "BANT criteria", "AI-powered tools", "Salesforce", etc. But those are already in Responsibilities or Requirements. Might be redundant. Better to not create Skills if no distinct content beyond what's already covered. The instruction: prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could omit Skills if it would be thin.
Benefits: from "Be Rewarded — Benefits That Help You Grow, Thrive, Belong" list.
Pay: base salary plus commissions.
Schedule: Full-time In Office Required*.
We must not include boilerplate like EEO statement at end.
Now craft HTML.
We need to ensure we don't repeat job title as heading. We'll not include "Business Development Representative II" as heading.
Let's write.
About the role: combine paragraphs.
We'll need to escape any HTML special characters? Not needed.
Let's produce:
