Business Development Representative, Expansion
The Role
The mission of a Syndigo Expansion BDR is to uncover growth and upsell opportunities to our current customers. Over 12,000 companies use our solution today, providing significant potential for expansion.
Responsibilities
- Identify current customers that are ideal fits for other Syndigo solutions
- Utilize industry best practices to execute the most effective outreach via email and cold calling
- Work with CDEs to strategically penetrate top customers and initiate upsell conversations
- Make use of designated tech stack to enhance outbound efficiency and effort
Requirements
- 1+ years of B2B prospecting experience, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Desire to grow your career in sales
- Enthusiasm for generating new opportunities through cold outreach
- Experience researching, prospecting, and outreaching to existing clients

Your individual compensation within the budgeted salary range is determined based on your skills, education, experience, and internal equity. This position is commission-eligible. Budgeted Salary Range is (not including eligible commission): $50,000 USD - $70,000 USD Commission: $20,000 USD - $20,000 USD

Schedule
This is a hybrid position that requires 2 days per week in the office at our Chicago location.
