Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain commercial roofs
- Assist in project planning and coordination
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Perform routine inspections and assessments of roofs
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in commercial roofing
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Qualifications
- Proficiency in roof inspection and assessment tools
- Knowledge of roofing materials and techniques
- Experience with roof design and engineering software
