About the role
This role is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients, industry partners, and referral sources to drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with potential clients and referral partners (insurance agents, adjusters, property managers, etc.)
- Promote Company's services while representing our brand with professionalism and integrity
- Develop and execute outreach strategies to expand client base and increase market share
- Attend industry events, networking functions, and community activities to build visibility and relationships
- Track leads, sales activities, and performance results
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management
- Experience in the restoration or insurance industry strongly preferred
- A book of business within the restoration and/or insurance companies is a huge plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to develop strong client relationships and close deals
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
- Ability to work on site 1 day per week
Pay
Expected Salary: 50-60K base, OTE 80K - 100K
