About the role

This role is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients, industry partners, and referral sources to drive business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with potential clients and referral partners (insurance agents, adjusters, property managers, etc.)
  • Promote Company's services while representing our brand with professionalism and integrity
  • Develop and execute outreach strategies to expand client base and increase market share
  • Attend industry events, networking functions, and community activities to build visibility and relationships
  • Track leads, sales activities, and performance results

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management
  • Experience in the restoration or insurance industry strongly preferred
  • A book of business within the restoration and/or insurance companies is a huge plus
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven ability to develop strong client relationships and close deals
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Ability to work on site 1 day per week

Pay

Expected Salary: 50-60K base, OTE 80K - 100K
