Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify high-value prospects with a true hunter mindset.
  • Consistently meet or exceed meeting and pipeline generation quotas.
  • Communicate complex, technical solutions to sophisticated buyers.
  • Collaborate effectively across teams and partner channels to ensure seamless handoffs and alignment

Requirements

  • Must live in Austin, Texas.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 0–1 year of experience as a Sales or Business Development Representative, or relevant internship experience.
  • Strong collaboration skills, particularly in a distributed or remote sales environment.
  • Able to uncover customer pain points and connect solutions to business value.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Driven, competitive, and team-oriented mindset.

Benefits

The salary range for this role is between $59,500 base & $85,000 OTE.
