About the Role

This is more than an entry-level sales role—it's a launchpad. You'll learn directly from experienced Account Executives, gain exposure to enterprise clients, and have a clear path to grow your career with a company that's changing the way the world commutes.

Responsibilities

  • Drive pipeline growth by making smart, targeted outbound approaches via phone, email, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Qualify inbound leads through consultative conversations and book meetings for our Account Executives.
  • Utilize the latest Sales Enablement tools and research techniques to identify and engage key decision-makers within target enterprise accounts.
  • Maintain an accurate and "sharp" CRM (HubSpot) to track engagement and optimize your sales funnel.
  • Partner with Marketing to refine account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns and provide feedback to Product teams based on market insights.

Qualifications

  • Entry-level sales experience preferred, but not required.
  • Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Pay

Salary Range: $50,000-$55,000 base, OTE $70,000-$80,000 with commissions (uncapped)
