Job Summary
We are seeking a self-motivated Business Development Representative to join our growing team. This role is a great fit for someone with exceptional people skills, a strong work ethic, and a positive, can-do attitude.
Responsibilities
- Schedule meetings for our Enterprise Account Executives
- Qualify sales leads from target lists and marketing campaigns
- Initiate and support email outreach efforts to engage prospects
- Assist with operational tasks to keep the sales process running smoothly
Requirements
- High School diploma required, Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience in customer service or sales is preferred
- Familiarity with basic sales processes and lead qualification
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with solid spreadsheet and organizational skills
- Able to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and follow through
- Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Resilience through challenges and rejection, with the grit to stay motivated, adapt, and push forward
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a fast-paced team
- Eagerness to grow, stretch beyond current abilities, take initiative, and actively seek and apply feedback to improve
