Job Summary

We are seeking a self-motivated Business Development Representative to join our growing team. This role is a great fit for someone with exceptional people skills, a strong work ethic, and a positive, can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule meetings for our Enterprise Account Executives
  • Qualify sales leads from target lists and marketing campaigns
  • Initiate and support email outreach efforts to engage prospects
  • Assist with operational tasks to keep the sales process running smoothly

Requirements

  • High School diploma required, Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience in customer service or sales is preferred
  • Familiarity with basic sales processes and lead qualification
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with solid spreadsheet and organizational skills
  • Able to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and follow through
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Resilience through challenges and rejection, with the grit to stay motivated, adapt, and push forward
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a fast-paced team
  • Eagerness to grow, stretch beyond current abilities, take initiative, and actively seek and apply feedback to improve
  • A positive attitude, professional demeanor, and strong work ethic
