About the role
TCC is a fast-growing, locally-owned general contractor specializing in leak investigations, mitigation, restoration, and capital improvement projects for property managers, HOAs, multi-family, and commercial clients throughout the Puget Sound region. We’re known for being responsive, professional, and solutions-driven — the contractor property managers actually enjoy working with. As we continue to expand, we’re seeking a motivated sales professional who can help us grow while maintaining the reputation that built our success.
What You’ll Do
- Identify and engage new clients across property management, HOA, hospitality, and commercial sectors.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts.
- Represent TCC at trade shows and industry events.
- Collaborate with estimators and project managers to scope, price, and close projects.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals.
- Share ideas to refine TCC's sales strategy and client experience.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience in mitigation, restoration, or construction sales — or a strong B2B service background with a willingness to learn the industry.
- Proven success in business development, account management, or outside sales.
- A self-starter who thrives on independence and accountability — no micromanaging here.
- Excellent communication and networking skills with a consultative, relationship-first approach.
- Familiarity with property management or insurance restoration industries is a strong plus.
