Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identifying and researching potential leads from various sources such as event attendance lists and brokerage websites
  • Outreach and Communication: Reaching out to potential clients through cold calls, emails, and social media to introduce the company and its products and services
  • Qualifying Leads: Assessing the needs, use case, and budget of leads to determine their suitability as clients
  • Scheduling Meetings: Setting up meetings between prospective clients and the sales team
  • Collaborating with Sales and Marketing Teams: Working closely with sales and marketing to align strategies and initiatives for generating leads and increasing sales
  • Market Analysis: Keeping up to date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify new business opportunities
  • CRM Management: Maintaining accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities using the CRM
  • Feedback and Reporting: Providing feedback from potential clients to enhance product/service performance and delivery
  • Achieving Targets: Meeting or exceeding monthly targets set by management

Qualifications

  • Professional Experience: 3 years or more in Real Estate related field, business development or similar role
  • Proven experience in sales development or a related role
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales technologies
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving targets
