About the role

The Market Intelligence Representative (MIR) role is crucial in nurturing relationships with inbound prospects from our free product, turning them into qualified leads for our sales pipeline. This role is pivotal in launching the careers of future Sales leaders at Similarweb.

Responsibilities

  • Taking inbound calls, chats, and responding to contact forms to qualify relevant prospects
  • Finding relevant insights and data to share with prospects showcasing the value of Similarweb
  • Sharing insights either verbally or through email
  • Filling the sales pipeline by creating a set number of meetings between prospects and sales managers
  • Partnership with the marketing department to brainstorm and execute campaigns showing the value of our insights to our registered user base

  • Experience in customer service or sales
  • Strong communication skills

Pay

The base salary for this position in the Burlington, Massachusetts area is $56,000 + benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401K plan, potential equity, employee stock purchase plan, and paid sick and parental leave. Individual compensation is based upon a number of factors, including qualifications and relevant experience.

Schedule

This is a full-time position with the option to work partially from home.
