About the role

ShopMy is transforming e-commerce by building the infrastructure for human-led curation at scale. We help brands run performance-driven creator programs while enabling top creators to monetize their influence and partner directly with the brands they love—driving discovery through trusted tastemakers and authentic recommendations.

Responsibilities

  • Generate outbound qualified opportunities each month, hitting or exceeding your quota.
  • Manage inbound pipeline.
  • Mindfully document, assess, and communicate highly detailed notes (pain points, budgets, infrastructure, timeline) on prospects using our CRM to set Account Executive’s up for successful demos.
  • Work with the Brand Growth team to identify accounts and do extensive territory planning for the assigned leads. Conduct prospect research within focused industry verticals.
  • Excellently execute HubSpot CRM data management ensuring data integrity and accurate notes are accessible for Sales team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1-2 years of outbound sales and lead generation experience in B2B industry

Qualifications

  • Eloquent and self-confident written and verbal communicator, comfortable speaking with C-level contacts
  • Creative problem solver who thrives in figuring out how to get in front of new business/leads
  • Excellent executor - you hit deadlines, take copious notes, and are quick to act on team needs
  • Conveys a sense of urgency and drives issues to closure
  • Team first mentality - #adaptability
  • Self-motivated, self-starter, driven and dynamic personality

Benefits

  • This position's base salary starts at $65,000 and has an uncapped commission component.
