About the role
This role is critical to increasing our company’s growth and market awareness through new customer recruitment and current customer retention. Business Development Representatives focus on delivering top-tier customer service, product and services education, and keeping customers connected throughout their transactions. As an external face in our communities, you will build relationship-driven experiences for customers, both internally and externally.
Schedule
Full-time, in office. Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Characteristics
- Relationship-Driven: Develops and prioritizes relationships with lenders, brokers, real estate agents, investors, developers, home buyers/sellers, and multiple internal departments to build genuine connections and trust.
- Present & Engaged: Represents the company at industry events to expand footprint and increase brand awareness through active listening and participation.
- Consultative: Educates customers on product and service offerings while providing feedback for enhancements to improve technology integrations.
- Strategic & Intentional: Develops and follows a defined sales plan, maintains an updated target list of qualified prospects, and monitors progress.
- Collaborative: Promotes open communication between sales, title, escrow, and customer service teams to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes and seamless service delivery.

Requirements
- Strong alignment with the company’s core values, using them to guide day-to-day work and decision making
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Title insurance license or the ability to obtain one within six months of hire
- Exceptional communication and listening skills
- One to three years of related work experience (preferred)
- Knowledge and experience in sales/customer service and title insurance (preferred)
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills within a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Commitment to continuous professional development
