About The Role

The Business Development Representative (BDR) role is the foundational engine of the enterprise sales organization, responsible for identifying, contacting, and qualifying high-potential B2B accounts. This role sits at the intersection of marketing and sales, converting outbound research and inbound interest into structured pipeline opportunities within the SaaS industry. Operating in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, the role acts as the first touchpoint for modern enterprise technology buyers. This position requires a combination of structured technical research, relentless execution, and high emotional intelligence to navigate complex corporate hierarchies and book qualified pipeline for Account Executives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute high-volume outbound prospecting campaigns using phone, email, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to secure qualified meetings for the enterprise sales team.
  • Qualify inbound leads through systematic evaluation criteria, ensuring prospect pain points align with the technical capabilities of the SaaS platform.
  • Map key accounts by identifying decision-makers, technical buyers, and influencers across target enterprise organizations.
  • Maintain high-fidelity data hygiene within Salesforce, tracking all customer interactions, account insights, and outreach sequences in real time.
  • Partner closely with regional Account Executives and demand generation teams to design highly personalized multi-touch sequences for strategic accounts.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly quotas of qualified opportunities, pipeline generated, and daily activity metrics.

What We Are Looking For

  • 0-2 years of experience in sales development, cold calling, business development, or high-volume customer-facing environments.
  • Proven capability to handle high-volume phone outreach, showing resilience and adaptability in a metrics-driven sales model.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technology concepts in simple business terms.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to manage daily tasks, follow-up cadences, and pipeline reporting without administrative lag.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in business, communications, or a technical field.
  • Bonus: Hands-on experience with modern sales engagement tools such as Salesforce, Outreach.io, Salesloft, or ZoomInfo.
