About the role

As one of the first members of the GTM team, you’ll have a key role in scaling the sales pipeline and driving execution toward ambitious growth targets. You’ll build on our initial outbound playbook, test and iterate on messaging, channels, and strategy, and refine outbound processes with a scrappy, results-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Drive and evolve our outbound motion by building on our initial playbook and testing and iterating on messaging, channels, and strategy.
  • Analyze ROI across various channels and explore unconventional outreach tactics.
  • Execute with relentless focus by partnering with the GTM team to provide feedback on MQLs and campaign performance, and lead personalized, strategic outreach to high-priority accounts.
  • Convert cold and warm leads into SQLs and drive accelerated pipeline growth.
  • Represent Rillet as the first point of contact for many prospects by running qualification calls and guiding them through early evaluation stages.
  • Engage thoughtfully with customer needs and communicate Rillet's value proposition clearly, compellingly, and solution-orientedly.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in a Sales Development or other customer-facing role at a top-tier SaaS startup or leading accounting/consulting firm.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to distill complex concepts into clear, conversational messaging.
  • Experience reaching out to finance or accounting decision-makers.
  • A strong understanding of financial operations and accounting concepts.
  • A proactive and action-oriented mindset that takes initiative.
  • The ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute across multiple projects.
  • An analytical and curious mindset that enjoys experimenting with outreach strategies and using data to inform decisions.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with GTM, product, and leadership teams.

Pay

Competitive salary and equity package.

Schedule

Work in-office Tuesdays and Thursdays, plus one additional flexible in-office day. Additional in-office time may be required based on function.
