About the role
Ridgeview Institute is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Representative to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Maximize referral potentials from assigned accounts
- Develop new business to achieve goals and objectives of the business development systems
- Establish community relationships through field activities
- Develop and maintain a designated number of qualified business development contacts per week
- Update account management lists with current account information
- Contact primary accounts through personal visits, phone calls, and mailers
- Maintain awareness of industry changes through self-education and professional involvement
- Monitor referrals and admissions, and develop strategies to maximize potential
Requirements
- A Bachelor's Degree in a behavioral health area, marketing, business administration, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Minimum of two (2) years' experience in health care business development/marketing environment with measurable business development results
- A knowledge of psychiatric and chemical dependency treatment principles (clinical training and/or experience in social work, counseling, or a related discipline is strongly preferred)
Qualifications
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay
An annual base salary up to $62,000 to $73,000 annually!
