About the role

Ridgeview Institute is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Representative to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Maximize referral potentials from assigned accounts
  • Develop new business to achieve goals and objectives of the business development systems
  • Establish community relationships through field activities
  • Develop and maintain a designated number of qualified business development contacts per week
  • Update account management lists with current account information
  • Contact primary accounts through personal visits, phone calls, and mailers
  • Maintain awareness of industry changes through self-education and professional involvement
  • Monitor referrals and admissions, and develop strategies to maximize potential

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's Degree in a behavioral health area, marketing, business administration, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • Minimum of two (2) years' experience in health care business development/marketing environment with measurable business development results
  • A knowledge of psychiatric and chemical dependency treatment principles (clinical training and/or experience in social work, counseling, or a related discipline is strongly preferred)

Qualifications

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay

An annual base salary up to $62,000 to $73,000 annually!

This is a full-time, exempt role.
