About The Role

The Business Development Representative (BDR) plays a crucial role in acquiring new customers and expanding the user base at Parabola. This role involves deep understanding of customer pain points, connecting them with Parabola's capabilities, and driving revenue growth through strategic outreach and lead nurturing. The ideal candidate is resourceful, resilient, and passionate about creating meaningful connections and driving business outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Learn about customer needs and integrate with their daily workflows to identify areas where automation can improve efficiency.
  • Identify and pursue leads through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and leveraging social media and LinkedIn.
  • Qualify leads, schedule meetings, and follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and increase attendance rates for scheduled appointments.
  • Utilize a modern tech stack, including tools like Outreach.io, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and others, to enhance outreach effectiveness.
  • Master Parabola's product features, customer journey, and ICP to provide informed and compelling value propositions to potential customers.
  • Experiment with different strategies and messaging to optimize lead generation and ensure continuous improvement in performance metrics.

What You'll Earn

The offered salary range for this role is $70,000 - $95,000, contingent upon factors such as years of experience, interview performance, and role responsibilities. This is part of Parabola's comprehensive compensation package, which includes equity and additional benefits like premium health and wellness programs.
