As a Business Development Representative, you’ll connect with organizations, grow our client base across the market, and help deliver tailored housing solutions that meet real business needs. Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing business clients.
- Use a consultative sales approach to understand client needs and deliver tailored housing solutions that drive measurable impact.
- Generate revenue by prospecting and converting new business opportunities within your market.
- Collaborate with leadership to align efforts with regional sales strategies and company goals.
- Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts by presenting National’s full range of housing services across multiple business segments.
- Represent National Corporate Housing at industry events, networking functions, and with local property partners to strengthen brand presence and develop referral opportunities.
- Manage a portfolio of clients within your assigned territory. Use data and CRM tools to track activities, forecast growth, and prioritize outreach effectively.
- Work closely with internal teams including Operations, Marketing, and Property Partnerships to ensure a seamless client experience and support long-term success.

Requirements
- 1–2 years of professional experience, ideally in sales, business development, or a client-facing role.
- Strong communicator, both written and verbal, and can tailor your message to resonate with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker who solves problems creatively and approaches every challenge with a solutions-first mindset.
- Confident prospecting, cold calling, and managing a sales pipeline with precision.
- Collaborates well with others and contributes positively to team culture.
- Comfortable using CRM tools and data to inform your approach and track performance.
- Reliable form of transportation and open to daily travel within your territory (mileage reimbursed).
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
- Experience in hospitality or corporate housing is a plus, but passion, drive, and curiosity are what truly set you apart.

- $69,800 - $77,300 Base Salary
- Estimated on-target monthly commissions of $1,875 based on book of business and market conditions after ramp-up
