Responsibilities

  • Possess and develop a deep understanding of diverse hospital specialties and buying personas.
  • Identify and research prospects through targeted outreach including cold calls, email, and social media campaigns.
  • Build rapport with healthcare decision-makers by engaging in multi-channel outreach.
  • Understand the decision-making processes, existing relationships, and organizational structures of potential clients.
  • Schedule meetings for Business Development Executives (BDEs) with qualified prospects.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize messaging and execute multi-touch campaigns.
  • Participate in client calls, presentations, and proposal processes.
  • Engage marketing-qualified leads promptly to confirm interest, assess needs, and route qualified opportunities to the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach, conversations, and next steps in Salesforce or a similar CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) for calls, emails, lead conversion rate, meetings booked, and pipeline contribution.

Requirements

  • 0–1 year of sales experience (entry-level candidates welcome).
  • An interest in growing your career within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • A positive and energetic ‘can do’ attitude.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A highly coachable, organized, and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Comfortable with high-volume outreach and handling rejection.
