Responsibilities
- Proactively engage prospective customers and uncover new business opportunities
- Secure high-quality meetings for the Sales team and drive attendance at Luminance-hosted events
- Connect with senior decision-makers across target markets through strategic outreach, including cold calling and targeted prospecting
- Consistently meet and exceed KPIs in a results-driven environment
- Leverage social selling techniques to build pipeline and brand presence
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to execute campaigns and maximise outreach effectiveness
- Build strong working relationships with customer-facing Account Executives to support new business growth
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Articulate, motivated self-starter with a focus on over-quota performance
- Right to work in the US
- Previous sales experience is desirable, but not essential
