About the Role

The Business Development Representative is a full‑time, field‑based position focused on generating leads, building relationships with homeowners, and scheduling appointments for Closing Sales Representatives. This role is ideal for individuals who are personable, ambitious, and motivated to grow within a purpose‑driven company.

Responsibilities

• Canvass neighborhoods to identify and engage potential customers.
• Build genuine rapport with homeowners and introduce Legacy Restoration’s services.
• Schedule appointments for Closing Sales Representatives, serving as the friendly first impression.
• Maintain a professional appearance with company logo gear while on fieldwork.
• Travel locally within a two‑hour radius of the branch.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Ability to obtain a solicitation permit for the coverage area.
• Capability to consistently walk through neighborhoods.
• Willingness to travel locally within two hours of the branch.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening test.

Pay

Competitive starting salary of $46,800 per year plus commission.

Schedule

• Winter: Monday‑Friday 9 am – 5 pm; Saturday 10 am – 3 pm
• Summer: Monday‑Friday 11 am – 7 pm; Saturday 9 am – 2 pm
• Full‑time position
