Guests book from thousands of apartments in hundreds of cities, for a week or a year, all backed by 24/7 local support. Who We Work With: Our partners are apartment owners and property operators. Through Autopilot, Landing's owner partnership program, we turn their units into furnished, hospitality-grade homes and fill them with our nationwide demand. Owners see new revenue and higher occupancy in weeks, and we handle everything from furnishings to guest turnover with zero operational lift on their end. About the Role: As a Business Development Representative, you'll be the first conversation an owner has with Landing. You'll find ownership groups and operators across the country, get them on the phone, and show them what Autopilot can do for their buildings. Every unit your pipeline brings in grows Landing's supply, and you get paid on it. Internally, we call this role Development Manager. What a Week Looks Like: At least 80 touches across calls, email, and LinkedIn, using Landing-approved messaging and cadenceAt least 10 pitches to owners and operatorsQualifying opportunities and partnering with our Account Executives to get agreements signedBuilding your own target lists with HubSpot, CoStar, and ZoomInfo What You Bring: You're currently in a BDR or SDR seat with one to two years of outbound experience, and cold calling is part of your dayConfident on the phone and clear in writingComfortable living in a CRM and prospecting tools like HubSpot, CoStar, or ZoomInfoCompetitive, resilient, and motivated by watching your numbers moveAble to work daily from our Birmingham HQBachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred Compensation and Benefits: $60,000 base salaryAbout $105,800 total OTE at target, with uncapped commission on pitches and units bookedBonuses for every new partner you help signComprehensive benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life and AD&D, Disability, Mental Health, Pet, Commuter, and FSA or HSA401(k) plan and access to ImmediatePayGenerous PTO$750 annually in Landing StaysRoom to grow.
