What You’ll Do
- Conduct high-volume outbound outreach via phone, email, and digital channels to specialty practices
- Identify and engage office administrators, referral coordinators, and clinical staff
- Schedule qualified meetings for Business Development Managers across assigned markets
- Manage inbound leads (web, phone, and other channels) with timely follow-up and routing
- Document all activity in CRM systems, including outreach, pipeline status, and engagement outcomes
- Maintain organized follow-up cadences to build and nurture referral relationships
- Communicate service updates and value propositions to prospective referral sources
- Meet or exceed KPIs related to outreach activity, meetings scheduled, and opportunity generation
- Collaborate with Area Sales Managers and cross-functional teams to execute growth strategies
- Represent IVX Health professionally and in alignment with compliance and ethical standards
What You Bring
- Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1–2 years of experience in:
- Sales development (SDR/BDR)
- Inside sales or lead generation
- Customer engagement roles
- Experience using CRM tools to track pipeline and outreach
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
- Results-driven mindset with the ability to influence and build relationships
- Preferred:
- Exposure to healthcare, pharmaceutical, or healthcare services sales
- Familiarity with specialty practices and referral workflows
- Experience supporting field sales teams through appointment setting or lead qualification
