Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential customers (contractors, engineers, developers)
- Cold call, email, and engage prospects through CRM/marketing tools
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and set appointments for Territory Managers
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM
- Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and lead nurturing
- Help develop territory intelligence and track key project developments
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, construction, or technical industries preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated and organized
- Comfortable with CRM tools and prospecting software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Basic understanding of construction or geotechnical systems is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
- $50,000-$60,000 base pay + commission/bonus structure
- $90,000-$120,000 1st year average total compensation
