What This Role Is All About

As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will focus on outbound prospecting and pipeline generation across assigned regions and industries. This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Business Development Lead and a key entry point into Infobip’s commercial organization, designed to prepare you for future growth into Mid-Market or Tier 1 customer-facing roles.

What You’ll Do

  • Execute outbound prospecting across target accounts, industries, and regions
  • Engage prospects via email, phone, LinkedIn, and digital outreach channels
  • Research accounts, stakeholders, and buying personas to identify opportunities
  • Generate qualified meetings and sales opportunities for Account Executives
  • Collaborate with Regional Sales and Customer Facing teams on pipeline initiatives
  • Maintain and execute outreach sequences using approved tools and methodologies
  • Use prospecting and research tools to enrich and validate account data
  • Maintain accurate prospect and activity data in Salesforce and outreach platforms
  • Follow qualification standards and outreach best practices to ensure pipeline quality
  • Leverage AI tools and automation to improve research, outreach, and productivity

Additional Information

Salary Range: $66,000-$85,000 USD annual base salary (the salary of the finalist selected for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to internal equity, job-related knowledge, experience, education, and skillset).

This role is also eligible for quarterly discretionary bonus.
