About the Role
As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will focus on outbound prospecting and pipeline generation across assigned regions and industries. This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Business Development Lead and a key entry point into Infobip’s commercial organization, designed to prepare you for future growth into Mid-Market or Tier 1 customer-facing roles. Location: Jersey City or Chicago (hybrid).
Responsibilities
- Execute outbound prospecting across target accounts, industries, and regions
- Engage prospects via email, phone, LinkedIn, and digital outreach channels
- Research accounts, stakeholders, and buying personas to identify opportunities
- Generate qualified meetings and sales opportunities for Account Executives
- Collaborate with Regional Sales and Customer Facing teams on pipeline initiatives
- Maintain and execute outreach sequences using approved tools and methodologies
- Use prospecting and research tools to enrich and validate account data
- Maintain accurate prospect and activity data in Salesforce and outreach platforms
- Follow qualification standards and outreach best practices to ensure pipeline quality
- Leverage AI tools and automation to improve research, outreach, and productivity
- Continuously learn Infobip products, solutions, and customer use cases
Requirements
- Interest in sales, business development, or B2B tech environments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with targets, structured processes, and outbound activity
- Curious, coachable, and motivated to grow within a commercial career path
- Organized, data-driven, and detail-oriented

Pay
Salary Range: $66,000–$80,000 USD annual base salary (finalist salary based on internal equity, experience, education, and skillset). Eligible for quarterly discretionary bonus.
