Business Development Representative

About the role

This role is ideal for someone early in their sales career who wants exposure to enterprise SaaS, complex sales motions, and clear advancement opportunities into an Account Executive role over time.

Key Responsibilities

• Possessing 1+ years experience in a sales, BDR, or customer-facing role (SaaS preferred)
• Prospecting into target enterprise accounts with 1,000+ employees using outbound email, phone, LinkedIn and other creative outreach strategies
• Identifying and engaging key stakeholders including GSOC directors, physical security leaders, and risk management executives
• Qualifying inbound and outbound leads to assess fit, urgency, and buying potential
• Booking qualified meetings and hand off opportunities to Enterprise Account Executives
• Maintaining accurate CRM data and consistently tracking outreach, activity, and pipeline metrics
• Collaborating closely with AEs to align on account strategy and messaging
• Continuously refining messaging based on market feedback and enablement guidance
