About the role
Join Green Clean Commercial, an organization that builds relationships and provides sustainable 'Green Cleaning' services. This role involves expanding the customer base through relationship building and sales.
Responsibilities
- Develop a growth strategy focusing on both financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Attend and confirm appointments through incoming leads systems
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- CRM & Email Automation Management
- Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives
- Prepare sales proposals and ensure adherence to established rules and guidelines
- Maintain and organize records of web-based proposal database
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople (future responsibility possibility)
Requirements
- 1 year business-to-business sales experience preferred (but not required)
- 1 year janitorial service sales experience preferred (but not required)
- Experience with CRM tools (preferably HubSpot)
- Valid Driver's License
- Clean Background Check
- Strong math & organizational / multi-tasking skills
- Excellent computer skills, including Excel, Word, Outlook Apps and web-based software
- Able to travel 20% as business requires
Benefits
Competitive pay package with a base salary of $50,000.00 based on experience and applicable technical skills, plus an aggressive commission plan. Health, Medical & Dental Benefits, 401K, standard vacation package, and most Federal holidays observed.
Schedule
Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with the possibility of extra hours and travel as needed.
Pay
$50,000.00 per year
